One of the most popular of the summer blooming annuals. It is actually a tender perennial, usually propagated from cuttings, but also grows readily from seed. Plants bloom in shades of red, rose, pink and salmon. Great for window boxes, containers and patio planting.

SOWING: Sow seeds indoors up to 8-10 weeks before the last spring frost. Cover seeds with 1/8 inch fine soil. Transfer established seedlings to individual pots and provide with ample light.

SPACING AND TRANSPLANTII\IG: Harden off seedlings and transplant outdoors after last frost. 10 to 12 inches apart or as desired.

GERMINATION: 10 to 20 days. Keep soil moderately moist during germination.

Ed’s Special Advice: Geraniums combine well with other annuals in beds, borders and containers. Plants grow best in a sunny location in well drained soil.
