SOWING: Saw seed indoors in earliest spring for possible first year blooms. Sow seed directly outdoors after danger of frost has passed through the end of summer for blooms the following year. Cover seed with 1/8 inch soil.
THINNING AND TRANSPLANTING: Carefully thin or transplant seedlings when plants are about 2 to 3 inches high to about a foot apart or as desired throughout the landscape in a permanent location.
GERMINATION: 10 to 14 days. Keep soil moderately moist during germination.
Ed’s Special Advice: Plants are very easy to grow. Sow in or to a permanent mostly sunny location with well drained somewhat fertile soil. Does not require staking like taller Shasta daisies. Divide clumps every 4 to 5 years in Fall or Spring. Keep harvesting cut flowers to prolong bloom period.
