While our customers can order our seeds from our online storefront, many prefer to purchase seeds in person. As such, we work with a number of retail locations to provide our quality seeds at their locations. If you are such a retailer, or are interested in becoming one, here is a brief rundown of the services we provide, as well as why we’re a great choice as a supplier of seeds.

Prospective Vendors – Why Ed Hume Seeds?

We carry a variety of seed racks and will work with you to make sure we find the best fit for your store, both in terms of product offered and actual floor space. We have drivers who service racks for hundreds of businesses in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and some parts of Alaska, California, Montana, and Utah.

Seeds

We carry the best varietals for cool climates and short seasons, so your customers don’t need to worry about whether the seeds can grow.
We carry over 350 seed varieties, so you will have a wide selection to choose from.
None of our seeds are treated with pesticides or genetically modified.
We offer over 20 varieties of certified organic seeds.

Value & Service

Our prices are lowest, with very few exceptions.
Our packets can contain up to twice the amount of seed for the same or lower price.
We can deliver a rack to your store anytime after January 10th, as per your request. Some small racks may not be available until a bit later.
The best in the business. Our reps come to you and save your company the time and expense of setting up, restocking, and tearing down the display.
Depending on sales volume, refills will occur from once a week to once a month.
For those out of service areas we quickly fill your order by phone, fax, or email.

Billing

Guaranteed sales. Unlike many companies, we buy back 100% of the leftover stock.
For monthly billing: When you pay within 10 days of that month’s activity, you may deduct 5%.
For final billing: your payment will be due within 30 days of your final billing statement.
Advertising co-op: 5% is available on qualifying ads. Call for details and ad art.
If your store is part of a larger chain, billing may be handled differently. Please ask us for more details.
