SHASTA DAISY Little Princess Semi-Dwarf Variety Perennial - Permanent Plant - Height 12 to 16 inches An ideal variety for bedding areas, plants do not take up as much space as standard Shasta daisies. Great for edgings and permanent landscape borders or as an accent combined with other flowers. Makes great, long lasting cut flowers. Special Directions For Short Season Climates SOWING: Saw seed indoors in earliest spring for possible first year blooms. Sow seed directly outdoors after danger of frost has passed through the end of summer for blooms the following year. Cover seed with 1/8 inch soil. THINNING AND TRANSPLANTING: Carefully thin or transplant seedlings when plants are about 2 to 3 inches high to about a foot apart or as desired throughout the landscape in a permanent location. GERMINATION: 10 to 14 days. Keep soil moderately moist during germination. Ed's Special Advice Plants are very easy to grow. Sow in or to a permanent mostly sunny location with well drained somewhat fertile soil. Does not require staking like taller Shasta daisies. Divide clumps every 4 to 5 years in Fall or Spring.
