CARROT Atomic Red

A long, red carrot rich in vitamins and minerals. It is especially high in the anti-oxidant lycopene, which is also found in tomatoes. When raw, its roots are light pink and somewhat rough in appearance. When peeled and cooked, the carrots turn blood red in color. It's flavor and texture are also significantly improved by cooking.
